Delete Your Gauge Account

Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Open Gauge and go to Settings (the gear icon on the Home screen)
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
3. Confirm

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account and all data associated with it, including your profile and health details (age, sex, height, weight), food and water logs, saved meals and recipes, workouts and weight history, training blocks and plans, daily nutrition targets, coach digests, and any connected-service links (such as Strava). Nothing is retained after deletion except records we are legally required to keep, if any.

Subscriptions are managed by the app store you purchased through — deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel via your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@ongauge.app from the email address on the account (or include it in your message) with the subject “Account deletion request.” We verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply.
